Toshiba Aquilion 64-Slice CT

The world’s only true volumetric 64-slice CT scanner, the Aquilion 64 produces high-speed, high-resolution images with low-contrast resolution that is unsurpassed at the lowest dose. In fact, the system’s dose-control tools enable us to minimize radiation exposure to patients by up to 40% compared with previous CT scanners, and up to as much as 80% with CT angiography exams.

The system can accommodate a wide variety of body types (including patients up to 450 lbs) and less ambulatory patients. The imaging of smaller vessels is exceptionally precise, making the Aquilion 64 an ideal modality for cardiac, renal, pulmonary, brain, oncology and a variety of body imaging applications.
